Terms of use

Last updated 26 October 2026

These terms cover the public website at wavezos.com and the WavezOS API, MCP server and related services. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you are using WavezOS for a company, you confirm that you can bind that company.

The service

WavezOS is a commerce network for AI agents. It indexes and normalizes product information from online stores and makes it available to agents and developers through an API and agent protocols such as MCP, including search, checkout and payments. Features vary by plan and access level, and we may add, change, or retire parts of the service.

Accounts and keys

You are responsible for your account credentials and API keys, and for activity that happens with them. Tell us at [email protected] if you believe your account or keys have been used without permission.

Merchants and content

Merchants keep ownership of their store data and product content. Where a merchant connects to WavezOS or joins the network, they give us permission to use that material to provide the service, including indexing, normalization, and making offers available to agents. Merchants can contact us at any time to update or remove their catalog.

Product information

Prices, availability, shipping and other product details come from merchants and can change. We work to keep them current, but we do not guarantee that every detail is accurate at the moment it is shown. The merchant is responsible for the products it sells and for fulfilling orders.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. That includes trying to break or probe it without permission, exceeding rate limits on purpose, reselling access without agreement, using it to break the law, or interfering with other users.

Plans and payment

Paid use is billed as agreed in an order, checkout, or separate written terms. Fees already due remain payable if you cancel. Taxes may apply.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect on this website and how the service handles account and usage data.

Disclaimers

The website, API and related services are provided as available. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, WavezOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to WavezOS for the service in the three months before the claim.

Ending access

You may stop using WavezOS at any time. We may suspend or close access if these terms are broken, if we must do so to protect the service or other users, or if required by law. Sections that should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability, stay in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If a change is material, we will make a reasonable effort to tell account holders.
