Privacy policy
Last updated 26 October 2026
This policy explains how WavezOS handles personal information on wavezos.com and in the WavezOS API, MCP server and related services. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
Information we collect
- Account details you give us, such as your name, email address, and company.
- API and MCP usage data, such as requests, queries, timestamps and the keys used, so we can run, secure and bill the service.
- Product and store information published by merchants, or shared by merchants who join the network. This is business data, not personal data about shoppers.
- Messages you send to [email protected].
- Technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from an IP address, when analytics is allowed.
How we use it
- To run the service, including search, checkout and payment.
- To keep accounts secure, prevent abuse, and answer you.
- To understand how the website is used, only after you accept analytics cookies.
- To meet legal duties and to enforce our terms of use.
Cookies and Google Analytics
This website sets one cookie, wavezos_cookie_consent, so we remember whether you accepted or declined. Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose Accept. If you choose Decline, the analytics tag is not added.
If you accept, Google Analytics may set its own cookies and receive usage data such as pages viewed and referring site. You can withdraw the choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing stops Analytics from loading on later visits. A tag already loaded in the current visit stays until you reload the page.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who host, secure, or operate WavezOS, and with merchants when that is needed to complete something you asked for. We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business, with the same protections described here.
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to complete the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. You can ask us to delete account information, subject to those limits.
Your choices
You can decline analytics cookies and email [email protected] to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to object, restrict processing, or lodge a complaint with a regulator.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
Children
WavezOS is a business product and is not directed at children.
Changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
